The Kensington and Chelsea Foundation are supporting members of our community struggling to pay their fuel bills this winter and they need your help.
In addition to supporting individual residents, they want to ensure they can continue to support their charity partners to ensure they can keep essential services open during these colder months. Providing vital frontline services to over 1,500 in need, they offer a warm and communal, safe space, help to combat loneliness and offer nutritious meals for those requiring support.
The Felix Project, a food distribution charity working across London, has reported that its running costs have increased by 20%, while its volunteers are leaving to take on higher paid work due to the cost of living. Through the ‘Winter Crisis Appeal’, it’s so important that we ensure grass roots charities can support some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable in the community.
