The countdown is over! The Ivy Asia, Chelsea is officially open on the King’s Road. Seven days a week, it will offer everything from lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

As with any Ivy restaurant, the interiors are as much of a spectacle as the food itself, and The Ivy Asia, Chelsea is no exception. Expect stunning green onyx flooring, as well as luxurious Asian fabrics, colourful wallpapers, antiques and striking artworks throughout the space.

Taking inspiration from cuisines throughout Asia, the menu takes much-loved favourites from its sister restaurant at St Paul’s and adds them into the roster with new and exclusive dishes for Chelsea. Think Salmon Sashimi with spiced yuzu and avocado salsa, Roasted Half Aromatic Crispy duck, and Hunan-Spiced Pork Ribs with sesame and coriander.

If you’re with a group (or you’re just indecisive), the selection of larger platters will ensure you don’t have food envy. Try the Ming Dynasty, which is adorned with a fresh selection of sashimi, tuna nigiri, and oscietra caviar, wagyu beef tempura with enoki mushroom, and gold and black truffle sauce. Vegetarian? Opt for The Bonzai, featuring a vegetarian and shiso tempura, steamed yasai dumplings with spiced avocado, cucumber takuan avocado with asparagus maki roll and truffled teriyaki with sitake and eryngii mushrooms.

As well as the main restaurant and bar, there’s also a sushi bar seating four guests. Perfect for a more casual catch-up.
