Celebrate the start of summer and zucchini season with Pizza Pilgrims, as they pay homage to a legendary pasta dish from the village of Nerano on the Amalfi coast. They have re-invented their the Spaghetti Nerano to make the new pizza of the month really simple but completely iconic.
Say ciao to The Zucchini Nerano: a pizza that’s all about sunshine, seasonality and sharp cheesy goodness. Starting with a silky zucchini cream on the base, layered with mozzarella and golden, deep-fried zucchini slices. Then it all gets fired up in the oven to bubbly perfection before it is hit with Auricchio Provolone – a punchy, cheddar-like cheese from Napoli that brings a bold, tangy finish to all that sweet zucchini goodness.
It’s fresh, a little indulgent, and totally summer-on-a-plate. Only available from 2–29 June starting from £14.
