The well-being platform, Modelme is on a mission to correct negative thought patterns and behaviour. During the workshop, led by Kara Nothnagel, you will delve into a variety of topics, including how to have a hard conversation, how to be courageous not combative, how to preserve a relationship instead of blowing it up and even tackling the infamous act of ghosting.
