Aesop

Aesop

Each individual Aesop store has a unique interior design, of which there are now 100 worldwide. Founded in Melbourne in 1987 by Dennis Paphitis, he wanted each store and product to tell a story; hence the name -‘Aesop’ meaning ‘storyteller’ in Greek.

They offer skin, hair and body formulations created with meticulous attention to detail and with efficacy and sensory pleasure in mind. Each, primarily plant based product, is created only in response to genuine needs expressed by clients and extensive research. The in-store beauty experts are there to guide you on your skins needs.

Each store is architecturally beautiful too, enhancing customer pleasure. Their criteria is to work with what already exists and weave themselves into the core and fabric of the street. The Duke of York Square store is designed around the opening scenes in the iconic James Bond films.
