Pumpkin Carving at Bluebird
Looking to add some serious spook to your doorstep? Carve a pumpkin to be proud of with Bluebird, Chelsea. They’re teaming up with luxury-event florist Blooming Haus to run two creative pumpkin-carving workshops for both adults and children. Workshops will run on Thursday, 28 October and Saturday, 30 October at 11am and dressing up is strongly encouraged. Tickets are £35 per person for a two-hour session and include a soft drink for children and a Cointreau cocktail for adults (bound to get the creative juices flowing). Book here.

Trick or treat essentials from Partridges
Keep your cupboards fully stocked with treats galore courtesy of Partridges in Duke of York Square. The family-run business is always of delicious confectionary, biscuits and American candy, so there’s plenty to choose from.

Broomstick workshop at the Chelsea Physic Garden
Get ready for Witching Hour (or simply to sweep the terrace…) with your very own handmade broomstick. A great activity for all the family, open to children aged 4+, the Chelsea Physic Garden is hosting three workshops on Tuesday 26 October at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. You’ll use natural materials to craft your broomstick, learning about the art of broomstick making from around the world and about the plants in the gardens, as you take a tour around them on your freshly made mode of transport. Tickets are £12 per person (including entry to the Garden). Book tickets here.

Last, but not least, it’s time for your costume. And where better to transform yourself into a spooky alter ego than Ad Hoc, Chelsea’s premier destination for all things fancy dress? From colourful wigs to masks, costumes and props, you’ll find plenty of Halloween outfit inspiration in store.
