Weekend Brunch at Ixchel 

This month Ixchel launched its weekend brunch menu. Inspired by the bold flavours of Latin America, their morning offering brings a fresh twist to breakfast favourites, from light and nourishing dishes to more indulgent plates. Whether guests are joining for a leisurely breakfast, a business meeting, or a relaxed start to their day in Chelsea, Ixchel brings bold Latin-inspired flavours to the morning table.

HACHA x Ixchel Collaboration 

HACHA is taking over Nocturna Lounge at Ixchel this summer. From 18th June to 31st August, enjoy a brand-new cocktail menu featuring HACHA classics and the iconic Mirror Margarita. Expect late nights, tequila cocktails, great music, and special events all summer long. If you have never experienced HACHA before, this is your chance.

Tacos With Friends – Kenji Morimoto 

Tacos with Friends returns this month with Kenji Morimoto, chef, content creator, food writer, and author of FERMENT. Known for his inventive approach to fermentation and bold, layered flavours, Kenji has created a taco that blends Mexican tradition with his contemporary culinary style. Just 20 portions will be available every Tuesday evening.

Ixchel Taste of London 

Join Ixchel at Taste of London as they bring the vibrant flavours of Mexico to the festival. Their menu will showcase a selection of signature dishes from the restaurant alongside a curated range of tacos, highlighting the diversity, regionality and traditions that inspire Ixchel’s kitchen. Whether you are a long-time guest or discovering them for the first time, they look forward to welcoming you for a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine.
