The White Company is hosting a Wellbeing Week from 4 – 6 March, with a programme of events focusing on the three pillars that encourage a healthy lifestyle – sleep, nutrition, and wellbeing.

 

An evening with a sleep expert

An evening promising a ‘wake-up call’ to how to achieve a better night’s sleep, hosted by sleep expert, Dr Bostock – host of the Sleep On podcast and founder of The Sleep Scientist – who will uncover all the secrets to becoming a sounder sleeper. Tickets are £20 and inclusive of a bespoke goodie bag.

An evening with Madeleine Shaw

Ready to nail your wind-down routine and gain some nutritional inspiration? Join founder of The Glow Space and expert nutritionist, Madeleine Shaw on 6 March as shares words of wisdom on how to achieve a bit more balance in a busy modern world. Discover the basics of breathwork during an immersive workshop and explore ways in which we can carry this into your day-to-day lifestyle. Ticketholders will leave with a complimentary bespoke goodie bag, worth over £100, filled with treats to support your journey to better health and relaxation. Book quick, spaces are limited.
