Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Giveaway (“Competition”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United Kingdom.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sloane Street, King’s Road, Duke of York Square and Pavilion Road are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The Competition begins on 2 May 2024 and ends on 12 May 2024 at 23:59 BST (“Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Follow @sloanestreetsw1, @kingsroad.london, @dukeofyorksquare and @pavilionroad on Instagram.
• Leave a comment telling us what you love most about Chelsea.
• Each participant is allowed one entry per Instagram account. 

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
• The winner will win £250 Sloane Street gift card to spend across select retailers, £100 to spend at Rabbit Restaurant, a cut and style at Richard Ward and a glass of Champagne for the winner and their friend at Mother Vine.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The winner must pre-book their visit to Rabbit on the King’s Road. Booking is subject to availability and must be made by 31 August 2024.
• The winner must pre-book their style and cut at Richard Ward. Booking is subject to availability and must be made by 31st August 2024.
• The winner must pre-arrange their visit to Mother Vine by 31st August 2024.
• The winner can use the Sloane Street gift card at selected retailers here. 

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) on 13 May 2024.
• If the selected winner does not respond to the notification within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

6. Privacy and Data Use:

• By entering the competition, participants consent to Sloane Street, King’s Road, Duke of York Square and Pavilion Road using their Instagram handle and likeness for promotional purposes.
• Personal data provided during entry will be used in accordance with Sloane Street, King’s Road, Duke of York Square and Pavilion Road privacy policy.

7. General Conditions:

• This Competition is not affiliated with Instagram.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
