A classic Margherita is always a winner, but the Neapolitans have claimed that a new kid on the block is posed to take that title. The ‘Provola e Pepe’ uses a smoky, creamy mozzarella (aka Provola) served with a pinch of pepper a top a red base and signature fluffy 72 hour proved dough. Simple, but delicious!
