Channelling the symbolic nature of the enigmatic snake, The Ivy Asia is introducing exclusive new menus from 15 January to 28 February. Choose from the Lunar Dragon set lunch menu with awe-inspiring dishes such as Szechuan Glazed Char Siu Pork Belly or Crispy Chicken with Honey and Sesame, or the Lunar Samurai set dinner menu with elegant dishes such as the Barbeque Duck with Zesty Clementine Salad or Chargrilled Salmon with Chilli, Garlic and Lime. And, of course don’t miss out on the ultimate bespoke dessert, The Snake – promising a true feast for the eyes and the palate! All to be enjoyed whilst sipping on tantalising cocktails, curated in partnership with Hennessy – from a velvety ‘Vanilla Viper’ and ‘The Snake’ that oozes sweet intensity to a zero- alcohol ‘Harmony Fizz’, packing a punch with an added matcha sugar dusting.

Chinese Market – Duke of York Square
A Chinese-edition of the Fine Food Market will take place on Saturday 1 February at Duke of York Square, promising a celebration of Chinese cuisine and culture, alongside an afternoon of traditional entertainment including lion dancers and dragon performers. Free to attend.
