Step away from the noise and into 90 minutes of pure calm with Sound & Stillness at KXU – a restorative sound healing journey designed to soothe the nervous system and reset the mind which will feature gongs, crystal singing bowls, and koshi chimes to guide you into a state of deep rest and inner stillness.

Everyone is welcome to attend, and no experience is needed. Mats and props are provided, though you’re welcome to bring a blanket or extra layers for comfort and it is recommended to wear something loose and comfortable, ready to rest.
