Pancakes morning, noon and night are on the menu for Pancake Day! More than ready to munch our way through as many of these as possible – join us as we celebrate this delicious tradition with a round-up of some of the best stacks in the neighbourhood.
Filling bellies since 1958, this Pancake House has been serving flipping good pancakes for decades and their extensive menu is testament to the years spent trialling all the different flavour combinations – from savoury or sweet, to vegan and gluten-free, there is something for everyone, including a dedicated menu for your little ones.

Start your morning with a trip to The Ivy Chelsea Garden. The Buttermilk Pancakes are always a winner, topped with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, a dollop of Greek Yoghurt and complete with a lemon balm and warm berry drizzle. Delish!

An Aussie take on your classic pancake, the Granger & Co. Ricotta Hotcakes are a breakfast staple if you want to satisfy that sweet craving and also an Instagram-hit. The rich banana and honeycomb butter is as gorgeously delicious as it sounds as it is poured over light and fluffy hotcakes which just melt in the mouth!

If sweet or savoury is your biggest dilemma on pancake day, Charlotte’s Cloud have the perfect remedy. Indulge in both sweet and savoury with their Yoghurt Bacon Pancakes, complete with blueberries, streaky bacon and maple syrup – a firm favourite when you want that mix of salty and sweet.

Order the Ricotta hotcakes at Vardo and you won’t be disappointed. The dish features maple butter and molasses for sumptuous sweetness, double cream for the ultimate creamy indulgence and then, if you are in the mood for a touch of savoury, add rashers of thick cut bacon on the side – always a winning combination!

Colbert will be whipping, sprinkling, folding and flipping pancakes all day on 4 March for an extra special Shrove Tuesday celebration. Choose from their light and fluffy pancakes or traditional French crêpes alongside a curated menu of delicious toppings, available all day – perfect excuse to indulge with friends and family!
