This Christmas, Pet Pavilion is creating a festive wonderland just for pets with Santa Paws’ Grotto, a Lapland-inspired retreat nestled inside Chelsea Farmers Market. From now until 24 December, the store transforms into a sparkling paradise of treats, toys, pampering sessions, and tail-wagging magic. Here’s what’s waiting beyond the snow-dusted archway…
The Grotto
Step through the snowy garland arch and into Chelsea’s cosiest Christmas corner, twinkling with fairy lights and the scents of pine and cinnamon. At the heart of the grotto is Pet Pavilion’s Natural Treat Bar, with all-natural favourites and limited-edition festive bites, from Cranberry Bites to Festive Turkey Chews. Guests can mix, match, and wrap their own gift tins, each finished with a charming “From Santa Paws” tag. The grotto also showcases a Christmas retail edit, featuring plush toys, cosy blankets, premium beds, hand-stitched jumpers, and festive collars.
The Paw-liday Spa
Chelsea’s most glamorous grooming salon gets a festive glow-up, complete with mulled spice & vanilla shampoo, winter berry conditioning mist, a cosy towel wrap, a holiday bow and a spritz of Pet Pavilion’s signature fragrance. Gift-wrapped spa vouchers are also on hand for those wanting to give the gift of pampering.
Weekend Highlights
Every weekend promises a new sprinkle of festive fun. Sip on pet-safe bubbly during Pawsecco Weekend with every groom or purchase or let your furry friend play Santa’s helper at Letters to Santa Paws, where families can create wish lists for their four-legged elves. The Adopt-a-Star Charity Wall will glimmer with gold stars supporting local rescues, while The Final Spruce takes care of last-minute grooming, gift wrapping, and treat stocking.
