Sticks‘n’Sushi is bringing the magic of Japan’s Sakura to your plate from 27 March to 27 April with a limited-time menu. Adding a floral flair to their signature sushi and grilled sticks, discover Sakura-inspired dishes and creative cocktails in celebration of Hanami – the Japanese tradition of enjoying cherry blossom in bloom over sharing food and sake.

Bringing this tradition inside, guests are invited to indulge in the Sakura House Roll, complete with lobster, avocado, Sakura rice, miso aioli and lumpfish roe, or for the ultimate sweet treat, guests can opt for the perfectly pink Sakura Cherī Fondant with a gooey Amarena cherry and chocolate core, served with vanilla ice cream and cherry biscuit crumble. This irresistible floral feast is the perfect way to celebrate spring!
