Start the year on a brighter note with Vitamin P, Pizza Pilgrims’ limited-edition guest pizza here to lift spirits during January’s greyest days!

Available from 5 January until 8 February, Vitamin P (£13.95) stars UV-enriched shiitake mushrooms from a pioneering UK producer. When exposed to UV light, mushrooms naturally produce vitamin D, helping top up your daily intake during the darkest months and with around 100g on every pizza, it’s a simple and delicious winter pick-me-up.

The result? Oven-roasted shiitake mushrooms layered over a mushroom pesto base with Fior di Latte, smoked Provola mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and a rich egg yolk… comforting, indulgent, and guaranteed to put a little sunshine on your plate.

Pair it with the Lem Spritz (£4.50), an alcohol-free, zingy blend of ginger, lemon, house-made hot honey, mint and sparkling water, finished with a wedge of lime. Naturally uplifting and rich in vitamins, it’s the perfect companion for a January reset.

Book a table here and start the year with a slice of sunshine.
