Pizza Pilgrims has announced its February special, The Napoli Porchetta.

Pizza Pilgrims has collaborated with a family-run business, Porchetta D’Alterio, led by Federico and his family, who make the star of the show, Italian Porchetta. The Italian spirit and love of cooking is poured into their recipe, with the pork seasoned with fresh rosemary, fennel seeds, black pepper and sea salt, then roasted in their giant ovens for over six hours until crispy and juicy.

The Napoli Porchetta takes this masterpiece, using it as the star of the show on a white-base pizza, topped with Provola smoked mozzarella, parmesan and basil. Perfection!

The Napoli Porchetta is on the menu for £15.95, from 3 February – 2 March.
