Known for its freshly baked, authentic French pastries and cakes, bread, sandwiches, salads and quiches, PAUL bakery has launched a sandwich collaboration with French chef and restaurateur, Raymond Blanc.

Sandwiches:

Le Boeuf Blanc

Roast beef with horseradish and celeriac remoulade, topped with dressed frisée salad and truffle oil on rustic white bread.

Le Brie Blanc

Creamy brie with caramelised onion chutney and sweet celery shavings, topped with chicory, walnuts and truffle oil on a chia seed baguette.
