Dive into the world of oysters and experience the versatility of this incredible shellfish with The Sea, The Sea who are hosting a chef-led Oyster Masterclass and Tasting on Sunday 9 February.
Taste three different varieties as well as two dishes from the kitchen that demonstrate this delicacy’s adaptability in cooking. And of course, no tasting is complete without a refreshing beverage to go with it – guests can expect a glass of wine on arrival inclusive in their ticket. Tickets are £50 per person with sittings at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.
