Martini with a twist is taking a whole new meaning at Alley Cats Pizza! From 25 February, Alley Cats is partnering with world-renowned cocktail master, Giorgio Bargiani of The Connaught, to create the Gin Martini Sauce Pizza – a gin-infused twist on their classic vodka sauce pizza.

This innovative creation will be available for one month only (so don’t miss out!), and combines Ford’s Gin, extra dry vermouth, and a creamy tomato base to create an unrivalled pizza base flavour, and is topped with Fior di Latte mozzarella, fresh basil, and Calabrian chillies.

And adding an extra finesse, a Negroni Dip with honey pickled jalapenos is added to create that bold, bittersweet kick you didn’t know your pizza needed. When an expert pizza chef and cocktail connoisseur collaborate, this is sure to be a taste sensation not to be missed!
