Montblanc is celebrating 100 years of the Meisterstuck and the art of writing with a Travelling Kiosk at Duke of York Square from 12-20 October.
Offering visitors the opportunity to learn more about the art of writing, to re-discover the joy of handwriting and to celebrate the centenary of an icon, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the whimsical world of Montblanc, as imagined by director, Wes Anderson, with green and yellow accents, vintage oak wood and retro furniture. A series of experiences including writing, poetry and graphology are set to inspire:
12-14 October – Poetry in Motion
Montblanc has partnered with Ars Poetica, an international collective with multiple artists who are experts in creating experiences around writing and poetry. Share a theme, a fact or even a single word with a poet in residence who will then craft a personal poem just for you.
15-17 October – Artistic Portraits and Drawings
Sketch artist, Lily Kong will be present to create one-of-a-kind personal portraits or illustrations, each personalised with your initials.
18-20 October – Handwriting Analysis by a Graphologist
Graphologist, Emma Bache will be on hand to analyse your writing style or signature, revealing insights on your personal traits, based on the subtle nuances of script.
And that’s not all, for the duration of the pop-up, one of Pavilion Road’s favourite coffee shop, The Roasting Party will be offering guests a selection of delicious coffees, beverages and pastries.
We’ll see you there!
