Brightening up Mondays, The Surprise are hosting live music every Monday from 7-10pm until 6 November. Just when we thought time at The Surprise couldn’t get any better, you can now dine whilst listening to live, harmonious melodies!

And so that you aren’t too distracted from what really matters – the menu – we are here to help. We suggested starting with Cured Chalk Stream Trout with cashew nuts, tarragon, shallots and crème fraiche on toasted sourdough, and followed by Harissa Baked Aubergine with Mediterranean vegetable couscous and tzatziki for mains. Of course, washed down with a pint of something refreshing.
