It is clear that movement for our mental and physical wellbeing has never been more important as we navigate our way through a third national lockdown. Joining you on this journey is the expert team from lululemon, here to guide you through a six week programme of different workouts each Wednesday over on @kingsroad.london. Week 1. Yoga with Sarah Drai
Join Sarah, King’s Road store ambassador on Wednesday, 20 January at 5pm for a live 15 minute yoga class.
Week 2. Movement with Christian
Christian will guide you through a movement series guaranteed to get you sweating – think animal movement, stretching and strength. Just what you need after a day hunched over your home-desk.
Week 3. Hiit with Carl
Whilst studios are sadly still closed, Carl will take you through a tough 15 minute HIIT workout – promising serious calorie burn and post-workout endorphins.
Week 4. Drills with Ben John
King’s Road ambassador and ex-rugby player, Ben John is here for those that want to try something a bit different. Get yourself out in to the fresh air and take on skills-based drills sweat-session.
Week 5. Pilates with Samantha Charles
Feel the burn with a Pilates workout hosted by Samantha. Designed to target the muscles you’d forgotten existed, you’ll feel this for a few days after!
Week 6. Running tips from Fletch
