Heartcore Chelsea and Hatch King’s Road have come together to host a pelvic floor focused Coreformer class which is designed to support anyone pre or post natal. The 60 minute class will deepen your strength, stability and awaken your centre. They will also be hosting a post-class Q&A, and providing refreshments and goodie bags.
