Get set for explosive equestrianism as we gallop into August. A stone’s throw from the King’s Road, one of Chelsea’s summer highlights kicks off at Royal Hospital over the weekend of 2-4 August.

Royal Hospital Chelsea will once again be the unique and prestigious venue for the London leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour. After playing host to the annual Chelsea Flower Show back in May, the prestigious 66-acre venue, with its breathtaking backdrop of heritage buildings, will swap flowers in the earth for hooves on the ground as world-class show jumping takes place on the South Grounds.

The London event is number 14 of 20 on the Longines Global Champions Tour circuit, coming at a key stage in the 2019 season, when the ranking battle will be at full throttle. This leg of the tour offers some of the most exciting competition of any equestrian series, bringing together the world’s best show jumpers, including Olympic, World and Continental Champions.

A famous fixture on the social calendar, you can spot plenty of famous faces among the crowds: Jodie Kidd, Richard Hammond and Ronan Keating have all attended in previous years.
