The Chelsea History Festival returns from 25 September – 29 September 2024 with a captivating programme of events across the neighbourhood that will see the National Army Museum, Royal Hospital Chelsea and Chelsea Physic Garden come together to celebrate Chelsa’s rich heritage and vibrant present.

Immerse yourself in history this autumn through a stellar lineup of tours, enlightening talks and performances. Tickets give you exclusive opportunities to discover the neighbourhood through various walking tours, including ‘Art and Architecture of Chelsea’ and ‘Women of Chelsea’; enjoy family-friendly workshops like ‘Clay Creations’ and ‘Tricorne Hat Making’; and attend a series of talks by experts including historian Tabitha Stanmore on the use of magic to navigate life’s challenges, and author Damian Lewis on ‘The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare’ and its journey from page to screen.
