Bark Saturday, 5 October in your diaries for the return of Chelsea Dog Day. Celebrating one of London’s most dog-friendly neighbourhoods and supporting Pets As Therapy, it’s set to be a fantastic day for you and your four-legged friends.

Enjoy a dog-themed market at Duke of York Square (from 10am to 4pm), curated by the ‘Four Legged Foodies’, featuring 21 doggy brands selling an array of delicious canine treats, and accessories from Hiro + Wolf to Caboodle. The Square will also be welcoming Chelsea Canines behaviourist Dr Nicky Shaw with her top tips on dog-handling and Napo Pet Care with their scent-work trike, giving away complimentary scent work games for owners and their dogs, whist King’s Dog Daycare will be there offering complimentary photographs of your pooch and delicious puppuccinos. Plus, don’t miss the giant sausage dog bench for that perfect picture memento of the day.

This year’s charity partner, Pets As Therapy will also be popping up at Duke of York Square. The expert team will be on hand to discuss their work and encouraging you to enter a fantastic raffle with wonderful prizes from local businesses, and with 100% of proceeds going towards their effort. Read on to find out what you could win!

And that’s not all, elsewhere over 75 of your favourite shops, restaurants and hotels from across the neighbourhood will be participating with ‘pawsome’ in store celebrations including dog-friendly ice cream, pawtrait artists, floral dog collars and much more.

All the fun to be had can be found on this year’s ‘Dog-friendly Chelsea’ map which you can collect on the day. A digital version can also be downloaded here.
