From 20 to 26 October, the acclaimed Indian restaurant by Chef Peter Joseph invites guests to indulge in a special four-course Diwali Menu, blending refined Indian flavours with the best of British seasonal produce.

Highlights include Achaari Chicken Tikka with turmeric and pickling spices, Kerala Fish Curry with coconut and green chilli, and Morels Biryani with Peshawari Naan and Yellow Dal Tadka. A dedicated vegetarian menu features dishes such as Grilled Paneer Tikka and Smoked Broccoli with tempered yogurt, finishing with traditional Diwali sweets and Kulfis.
