The Sea, The Sea is hosting an exclusive caviar tasting on 9 March and you won’t want to miss it. The chef led tasting, £50pp, is your opportunity to discover three in-house caviars, and to learn where this delicacy comes from, how to find really good, authentic caviar, and the differences between the varieties.

Inclusive of your ticket is the opportunity to taste two dishes with caviar that have been curated by the kitchen team especially for the event, along with a glass of fizz, and the opportunity to purchase the caviar at a limited-edition price.
