Chelsea is set to be awash with creativity with Artisan Chelsea, returning to the borough as part of London Craft Week. 

Celebrating creative collaborations between established and growing brands, craftspeople and artisans, this year’s programme will showcase the best of the area’s creativity and craftsmanship through a series of experiences taking place from 4-10 October 2021.

Repairing and upcycling workshop with The Fashion School, Chelsea

Fancy getting better at make-do-and-mend? Each workshop will cover mending, stitching and darning skills necessary for repairing and upcycling clothing and accessories so you can wear and love them for longer.

Anthropologie x Vigour and Skills Interactive Workshop

Artisanal concept store Vigour and Skills will host a series of live demonstrations covering ceramics, leather, jewellery and rush weaving throughout the week. See the makers in actions as they share every stage of the sustainable creative process.

Discover the sublime craftsmanship of Olivia Von Halle and Jenny King embroidery 

Swing by Olivia’s flagship store on Pavilion Road and see beautifully embroidered panels on display. They’ve been crafted with a modern aesthetic using a traditional Irish embroidery technique.

4-8 October, 10am-6pm. 9 October, 10am-4pm. No booking necessary.

Floristry paper workshop, Papersmiths x Pom Pom Factory

Learn how to sculpt a bouquet of delicate crepe peonies with the talented craftswoman behind Pom Pom Factory, Karen Hsu. The workshop will be held at the flagship Papersmiths store, five minutes from the Sloane Square station.
