A nurturing retreat at Triyoga

Triyoga, 372 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW3 5UZ
Sunday, 8 March 2020 – Sunday, 8 March 2020
Tickets: £35

Promising to help you nourish and nurture body and mind, Triyoga are hosting a mini retreat on Sunday 8 March, allowing you to fully release stuck and stored tension.

This nourishing workshop will be run by Vicky Fox, who will focus on helping you let go of the stresses and strains you are carrying. Whether it’s physical signs of tension in your body – such as tight hamstrings or lower back pain – or you just need an opportunity to find mental headspace and de-stress, this two hour class will help you to switch off, preparing you for the week ahead.

Over two hours, Vicky will guide you through body opening stretches, helping you to gently release any tight areas with physical postures, combined with conscious breathing exercises to reconnect and stimulate the nervous system.

The workshop will finish with restorative poses and a guided relaxation to help you glide out of the studio refreshed and restored.

Places can be booked here. If booking for more than one person, please do so by calling 020 3362 3366.
