On Friday 29 May, the very first Wine Social at the terrace of Three Darlings will take place, celebrating National Wine Week with an evening of seasonal dishes and carefully selected wine pairings.
Priced at £89 per person, guests will enjoy a specially curated three course menu paired with wines chosen by Head Sommelier Igor Zaborovskiy, who brings more than 20 years of experience within the wine industry.
The evening begins with green & black olive focaccia served alongside caramelised onion butter, before moving into dishes such as albacore tuna tartare with smashed avocado, sesame & basil cress, or salt baked beetroot with burrata, pistachio & nasturtium.
For the main course, guests can enjoy dishes including Cornish red mullet with saffron aioli, Kalamata olives & lemon, or corn-fed chicken with Caesar dressing, aged Parmesan & Provençal fries, each paired with carefully selected wines to complement the flavours of the menu.
To finish, enjoy strawberries & cream soft serve paired with a Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, or a British cheese selection served alongside a late bottled vintage Port.
Set against a lovely spring evening on the terrace in Chelsea, the Wine Social is designed to bring together exceptional wines, seasonal cooking, and relaxed neighbourhood dining at Three Darlings.
