Ikebana: Inside the restaurants, striking ikebana-inspired floral installations made entirely from paper origami will take centre stage. Representing the national flowers of the countries where Sticks’n’Sushi has grown and flourished, the displays feature Sakura to honour Japan and daisies to nod to the group’s Danish heritage, with hibiscus adding vibrant splashes of colour.

Artist in residence: Live Painting at Sticks’n’Sushi King’s Road

Sketch artist Natasha Nayee will be bringing the Sakura story to life.

On 26th March, she will be creating a floral-inspired piece live in the restaurant – drawing and painting as service carries on around her. Guests are welcome to follow the process, from the first lines to the final flourish.

Once the artwork is finished, it will remain in the restaurant throughout the campaign. Afterwards, it will be auctioned off and the profit donated to a good cause.
