Ixchel’s new tasting menu (just £45 per person), will see you start your evening with a Tommy’s Margarita on arrival, setting the perfect tone for the culinary adventure ahead. Indulge in delicious Tuna Mach Tostadas, brimming with authentic Mexican spices, before diving into succulent short rib, paired with smoky adobo and pineapple salsa and accompanied by crispy potatoes. Vegetarian options are aplenty, with highlights including grilled Achiote Oyster Mushrooms, with endives and sesame dressing, alongside Hispi cabbage and cauliflower tacos that promise a symphony of flavours.
