Spring has well and truly sprung at Colbert as they are set to launch their new season menu on 28 March 2024.

Two new fish dishes include Grilled Mackerel with green beans and sauce vierge and a delicious Lemon Sole Meuniere, whilst meat-lovers can enjoy a trio of additions consisting Confit of Duck with a ragout of flageolet beansChar-grilled Anjou Poussin with a mixed leaf salad and verjus dressing and Cannon of Spring Lamb with baby vegetables and wild garlic.

And when sweet is calling, try the new Mousse au Chocolat for something light, fresh and simply delicious.
