New Menu Launch: Ixchel

Hot of the Press! Ixchel on the King’s Road will be unveiling a mouthwatering new lunch menu on 12 March, carefully curated by Head Chef, Ximena Gayosso.

Designed with your midweek cravings in mind, the menu seamlessly blends lighter dishes whilst maintaining the authentic flavours you love. New dishes include a freshly baked brioche with an Achiote paste derived from the Southern Region of Mexico, topped with Yellowfin Tuna, pickled Mustard Seeds, Serrano Chilli and Chives and a ‘Cactus Tostada’ with pickled White Onion, Broad Beans, Sliced Tomato and Avocado Foam. But wait, there’s more! The Squash Blossom Quesadilla and Zarandeado Fish, served with a Herbal Salad and Corn Tortillas, invites you to craft your very own tasty tacos.
