Sushi Masterclass

Unleash your child’s culinary creativity and book tickets to Sticks’n’Sushi’s Kids Masterclass where they can master the art of sushi, direct from the pros (plus, you’ll love it too). The 90-minute session, suitable for little ones between 6-12, will explore the history of sushi, share essential information on ingredients and invite kids to use their new knowledge, and make a selection of Maki Rolls and Nigiri (hopefully tasty enough for you to enjoy!). The class will take place on 18 February, with further dates in March and May.

Rainbow Family Plant Drawing Session

Join the family-friendly plant drawing session at The Chelsea Physic Garden and celebrate the diversity in plants through art with Edward Luke Thrush. With materials provided, all you need is your creative little artist! Two sessions will take place on 15 February at 10 and 12am.

Lovestruck ‘Little’ Afternoon Tea

Indulge in a mini-Valentines Afternoon Tea at the charming Peggy Porschen from 14 January until Mid-March. Calling all mini fashionistas, The Fashion School are offering a range of exciting courses this half-term.

Paws-itively Stylish Pooches – 13-15 February 9am-1pm

Transform your four-legged friend into the most stylish pooch in town. If your 6-11 year old has a furry friend at home, this course is a truly ‘pawsome’ opportunity. In these workshops, kids will learn how to create a one of a kind onsie/jacket for their dog. With fleece, wool, tweed and waterproof fabrics at their disposal, creative imaginations will run wild. Early Spring Wardrobe – 13-15 February 2-6pm and 15-17 February 9am-1pm

Empower the next generation of mini fashionistas this half term! With courses available for 12-17 year olds and 6-11 year olds, tutors will guide them through the creation of their very own spring wardrobes, and how to master skills including hand sewing, pinning, measuring and much more. Tickets are £285 per student and can be booked here.

Remarkable Rations

Spark your child’s curiosity this half-term with a fun-filled learning experience at The National Army Museum. Drop into one of the complimentary ‘Remarkable Rations’ workshops at either 10:30 and 1.30 between 14-17 February and give your little ones the opportunity to learn how soldiers and civilians lived through the Second World War, with a chance for them to create their own ration book using printing techniques and stampers.
