Chef Owen Sullivan, with an impressive career history including working with Gordon Ramsay, has joined Bluebird as their new Executive Head Chef and you are invited to welcome him.

Chat with Owen and enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz with all lunchtime bookings (from Monday-Friday) and  enjoy his new autumnal dishes, including ‘Seared Yellowfin Tuna with miso mayonnaise, avocado puree, pickled shimeji and rice crisp’. The full menu is available here.

Feasting doesn’t stop there. Bluebird has launched a new lunchtime set menu where diners can enjoy two of Chef Owen’s courses for just £19.50 or three for £23.50. All orders will include a complimentary glass of your choosing, red, white or fizz until 18 November. View the full menu here.
