A sweaty spin-class your workout of choice? Let us introduce you to cyKO, the recently launched dynamic spin studio at iconic nightclub, Raffles. 

Combining the high energy atmosphere of Raffles with cyKO’s high intensity workout programmes, this new arrival is set to provide you with the ride of your life. A heart-pumping, adrenaline-inducing rave on a bike where riders fully surrender to the music (yes, the same way you do on the dancefloor!) and leave with a serious endorphin hit feeling motivated, empowered and strong.

As well as daily classes, the team will host open discussions on health, fitness and mental well-being with experts including therapists, PTs and nutritionists to help their community thrive. The in-studio (or in-nightclub, we’re not sure yet…) Wellness Hub will serve nutritious smoothies and handmade snacks to refuel post-sweat.
