Itching to get back to regular workouts after a December spent indulging in all the good things? From HIIT to barre to boxing, we’ve rounded up some of our favourite classes on the King’s Road. And for those remaining cautious, there are also some online workouts to support your favourite fitness space from home.


Chelsea’s boutique boxing gym offers workouts packing a serious punch. With its signature, high-impact mix of boxing on the bag and circuit style routines, it’s a great full-body workout to build strength and stamina. You will be allocated a bag and a wall spot for the duration of the class and will not share your bag or equipment with anyone else for safety, and for your reassurance, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned down between classes. Vita Boutique 

Love pilates, yoga and barre-based workouts? Then you’ll love this new boutique fitness studio at 31 Sloane Square. The intimate and bright space over six floors includes private training rooms and small group reformer, yoga and barre studios offering core-centred workouts tailored to your needs. The wellness café is a great place to meet your friends after your class, serving superfoods and organic, carbon-neutral coffee from Kiss the Hippo.

Offering a truly comprehensive range of pilates, barre and yoga classes, Triyoga has a class for all levels and abilities. New to yoga and not sure which style you’ll like best? They’re currently offering a 2022 starter package. For £150, you can dip into a host of 40 minute discovery sessions to find your favourite. There are also plenty of online workshops including chanting, beginner’s yoga, seven days of pilates and more.
