Black Forest Eclair

A take on an old classic Foret Noire, with Morelo and black cherry compote. Grand cru 70% dark chocolate whipped ganache, crunchy chocolate pearls and whipped cream.

Spice Apple & Caramelised Almonds

Spiced Granny Smith apple jam, caramelised almonds topped with a light almond cream.

Coffee Éclair 

Roasted Italian coffee cream with espresso and Dulcey chocolate glaze, topped with crystallised cocoa nibs.

Christmas Pudding (exclusively available from 1-31 December)

Made with Christmas Pudding infused crème patissiere, this striking éclair is our take on the traditional Christmas pudding.

Buche de Noel (availalble from 7 December)

A hazelnut praline mousse with gianduja ganache, a vanilla cream with unique vanilla pods from Bora Bora, a hazelnut financier and a crunchy dark chocolate gavotte base, coverved with hazelnut and milk chocolate glaze brushed with gold dust. Available for 6-7 persons and suitable for vegeratians.
