Rabbit have stepped summer-time dining up a notch, reopening with a new menu. Fresh flavours encompassing all things wild, foraged and locally grown creating an unmissable feast designed for sharing.
British favourites still appear, so you won’t miss out on the much-loved marmite eclair for example, but new dishes include; ‘Charred trout belly, sea asparagus and verbena’, ‘monkfish crudo, chilli, rapeseeds and lemon verbena’ and ‘caramelised brioche, duck liver mousse and mustard cress’ to name just a handful.
